While the wedding party was upstairs getting ready, completely unaware, we were already ensuring alternative arrangements were being made. By the time hair and makeup wrapped up, it was handled. No guest ever knew a different bus had been sitting on the side of the road with a shattered windshield a few hours earlier.

After family portraits under the beautiful oak trees, Amanda’s dress had picked up dozens of small, fuzzy seed tassels from the branches overhead. She had minutes before walking down the aisle. There was no time to send the dress anywhere. We gathered a team, knelt down and picked off every tassel by hand until the dress looked perfect again.
Ceremony Space
Before the ceremony, I did one final walk of the space and noticed the DJ’s setup was pulling focus away from the ceremony area, exactly the kind of detail that shows up in every photo if nobody catches it in time. We repositioned it before any guest arrived.
